WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU ARRIVE
We aim to make every visit as seamless and worry-free as possible!
- Provide your personal details, fill out the patient questionnaire (first-time visitors), verify any insurance information
- Head to the optical if you do not require an eye examination and our team of eyecare professionals will assist you with frame styling and selection
- A quick digital scan of your eyes to provide the doctor will supporting information for your eye exam
- Our optometrists review your medical and ocular health history, discuss with you any concerns you may have, and examine your eyes using advanced diagnostic equipment.
- Your eye exam may include dilation and retinal imaging (recommended by the optometrist on an as-needed basis).
- Our optometrists will review your eye examination results and provide you with a clear treatment plan and personalized recommendations + follow up visits
- You are welcome to take your prescription to the team at the optical to assist you with any eyewear recommendations
